Namaste, Hello, Welcome! Thank you for visiting Nep Taste, a site dedicated to the exploration of the flavour and the taste of Nepal. 

Born and raised in the small village of Ilam, Nepal, I am very close to my family who cooked for me and taught me different dishes from authentic Nepal nation food Dhindo to making street food Chatpate.

After high school, I got the opportunity to study in the Capital of Nepal, Kathmandu where I got more to know about other cuisines within Nepal. The culture, traditions, food are so unique among different ethnic groups within Nepal which joined together makes Nepal unique in the world.

Now I am a final year student pursuing my Bachelor of Hotel Management where I am learning different food cultures around the world which have their own history, uniqueness of flavour on their own. 

Through this blog, I am trying to showcase the uniqueness of my tradition, culture, the taste of Nepali food including all ethnic groups of Nepal.
